Refund and Returns Policy

At Dames & Tots, every product is carefully quality-checked and packed with utmost care before dispatch. As a small business focused on hygiene and fair pricing, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.


We kindly request all customers to: 

  • Check the size chart carefully before placing an order
  • Select the correct size, color, and design
  • Review product details thoroughly

No Returns / Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size or fitting issueChange of mind
  • Incorrect selection of size, color, or design
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Damaged or Incorrect Product (Only Exception)

In rare cases, if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or A wrong item
  • You must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a claim, please share:

  •  A clear unboxing video (mandatory, without cuts)
  • Clear images of the product and issue
  • ⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

After verification, if the issue is found valid:

A replacement will be provided (subject to availability), or
Store credit/refund will be issued at our discretion


Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.


Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
